We want you to have a smooth experience with us. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us first before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
1. Return Window & Process
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, based on tracking information. Please allow up to 25 days for us to receive your package once shipped.
- After the part reaches our facility, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
- Items sold as a set must be returned together — single components from a set cannot be refunded individually.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If that’s not possible, we will issue store credit for future purchases.
- Any items damaged during return transit may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email titled “Return Instructions – [Your Business Name]” with details.
- The return must be shipped by the deadline mentioned in that email to avoid cancellation of your request.
- Depending on the situation, we may provide you with a prepaid return label, or you may need to arrange shipping with a carrier of your choice.
- If the part was faulty or damaged, return shipping will be covered by us. If the reason for return is a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the buyer, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Always use a carrier with tracking and share the tracking details with us.
3. Return Address & Refund Conditions
- The official return address will be provided once your request is approved. Please do not send parts back to the shipping address on the original package.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not cover installation, labor, or any operating costs related to parts purchased from us.
- If an item is defective, we will first try to replace it. If a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a full refund. Items must be returned before the warranty period ends to be eligible. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Additional Return Terms
Parts returned after the warranty period cannot be refunded.
Returns due to incorrect part selection or items no longer needed will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
To avoid issues, we recommend confirming part compatibility with a mechanic or specialist before placing your order.
